13-Year Guaranteed Education: Programs like the 13YGEP aim to keep students in school longer by offering practical skills, reducing dropouts.

Teacher Shortages: Skilled teachers are often reluctant to work in rural areas due to inadequate amenities.
Economic Hardship: Poverty remains a significant barrier, making it hard for families to afford even incidental school costs.
